Supported Banks — Frequently Asked Questions
Yes — our converter works with PDF bank statements from any bank worldwide. The extraction engine analyzes the structure of each PDF independently, so it doesn't need pre-configured templates for specific banks. If your bank provides statements as PDF files, our converter can handle them.
No. There's no bank selection step. Simply upload your PDF bank statement and our engine automatically detects the table structure, column layout, date format, and amount format. The process is the same regardless of which bank issued the statement.
Credit unions, online-only banks (like Revolut, Wise, N26, Monzo), and fintech platforms that provide PDF statements are all supported. The converter handles any PDF that contains a transaction table — regardless of the institution that generated it.
Yes. Our converter handles statements from banks in any country and any currency. Date formats (DD/MM/YYYY, MM/DD/YYYY, etc.), number formats (comma vs period as decimal separator), and currency symbols are all detected and normalized automatically.
If a conversion fails for any reason, the credits consumed are automatically refunded to your account. Very rarely, a PDF may use an unusual encoding or be image-only without OCR text — in those cases, applying OCR to the PDF before uploading usually resolves the issue.
Yes. Credit card statements work the same way as bank statements. Upload the PDF credit card statement and the converter extracts transactions into the same CSV or Excel format. In QuickBooks or Xero, import the result into the corresponding credit card account.
