Bulk Bank Statement Converter
Processing one statement at a time doesn't scale. Upload multiple bank statement PDFs in a single batch — each up to 100 MB and 1,000 pages — and download import-ready CSV or Excel files for all of them at once.
Files are validated locally, split into chunks, then uploaded directly to secure storage.
Multi-file upload · Up to 100 MB and 1,000 pages per PDF · CSV & Excel output
Built for Volume — Not One-Offs
When you manage multiple clients, bank accounts, or months of statements, you need a converter that handles batch work efficiently.
Multi-file upload
Select and upload multiple PDF bank statements at once. No need to process them one by one — drag and drop an entire folder's worth of statements.
100 MB / 1,000 pages per file
Each PDF can be up to 100 MB in size and 1,000 pages long. Large annual statements and consolidated reports are handled without splitting.
Parallel processing
Uploaded files are processed concurrently. Large files are automatically split into chunks for reliable extraction, then reassembled into a single clean output.
Multiple output formats
Choose CSV for QuickBooks Online (3-column or 4-column), CSV for Xero, or Excel (XLSX) with full transaction details — the same format options available for single-file conversion.
Preview before download
Review extracted transactions and warning summaries for each file before downloading. Batch mode keeps preview and export available file by file.
Credit-based pricing
1 credit = 1 PDF page processed. Batch upload doesn't cost extra — you pay the same per-page rate whether you process one file or fifty.
