• Partially used credits: If you have consumed some credits within 7 days of purchase, we may issue a prorated refund for the unused portion at our discretion.
• Fully consumed credits: No refunds will be issued for credits that have been fully consumed. By using credits, you acknowledge that the service has been delivered.
• Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access until the end of your paid period.
• Exceptions: If you experience a technical issue that prevents the service from functioning as intended (e.g., conversion errors caused by our system), please contact us and we will review your case individually.
• We reserve the right to deny refund requests where we determine that the refund policy is being abused, and to terminate accounts engaged in such abuse.

Termination
